2.you can stream the episodes (which means no downloading just listening from your computer. In the right hand corner you'll see a blue button that says listeners click that and it will take you to a place you can just push play and listen..
3. Right Click with your mouse on the Title of this Blog Post. Click "Save Target As" and it will begin downloading to your computer, this way I dont recommend, because it doesn't let me know your listening, the other two ways will tell me your out there and rockin! but its all up to you my friend..
